Amendments and additions to rules and procedures for the construction of new capacities of electricity production which are not subject to concessions.

On 12.10.2016, with the decision no. 718, the Council of Ministers decided to approve some amendments to the DCM (Decision of the Council of Ministers) nr.822, dated 07.10.2015 “On the approval of rules and procedures for the construction of new capacities of electricity production, which are not subject to concession”.

The most important amendment is the one made to Article 7 of Decision no.822 dated 07.10.2015 regarding the accompanying documentation required when applying for construction approval and the amendment of Article 23 in connection to the construction of generating objects with a maximum production capacity up to 2 MW.
