Approval of the reporting system of savings and loan associations and their Unions

The Bank of Albania agreed with decision nr. 106, dated 05.10.2016 to approve a list of forms that must be filled by SLAs and their Unions in relation with financial reporting and transparency. According to the decision this reporting system consists of:

1. a) reports by Unions on their activities through forms specified in this decision;
2. b) reports by Unions for the total of savings and credit associations through forms specified in this decision;
3. c) reports by Unions which include individual data for each savings and loan association, or by the SLA herself in case the SLA is not a union member according to forms specified in the decision.

The reporting of data based on the above forms must be made during a three-month period.
