Clarification on procedures for drafting proposals by directorates under ALUIZNI (Agency of Legalization Urbanization and Integration of Informal Areas/Buildings), regarding the transfer of ownership on building plots and approval of the measure and value of financial compensation

On 22.9.2016, ALUIZNI approved a new directive (Directive no. 1451 “On determining procedures for drafting the proposal, for the transfer of ownership on building plots and the approval of measure and value of financial compensation”) regarding the procedures to be followed by directorates under ALUIZNI for the proposal for transfer of ownership and approval of the measure of compensation.

Firstly, this directive aims to determine a method for organizing documentation depending on the legal status of ownership.

Secondly, this directive explains the method to be followed and clarifies which are the necessary documents and information of the proposal that must be sent to the General Directorate of ALUIZNI after approval of the legalization permit.
