Decision of the Bank of Albania for some additions to the regulation ” On minimum requirements for security, in the premises where banking and financial activities and transport of monetary values are carried out”

The Bank of Albania took a decision no.107, dated 10.05.2016 by which the following additions are made to the regulation ”On minimum requirements for security, in the premises where  banking and financial activities and transport of monetary values are carried out”:

19. a) At the end of article 2, Article 61, letter” b “and Article 65, paragraph 4, of Law no. 52/2016, dated 19.5.2016, is added the phrase “For savings and credit associations and their unions”;
20. b) In Article 3 at the title of Chapter III and in paragraphs 1, 3 and 5 of Article 13, after the phrase “exchange offices”, is added the phrase “savings and loan associations and their Unions”;
21. c) At the end of paragraph 1 of Article 4, and Article 3 of Law no. 52/2016, dated 05.19.2016, is added the phrase “For savings and credit associations and their unions”;
22. d) At the end of Article 15 and law no. 52/2016, dated 19.05.2016,is added the phrase “For savings and credit associations and their unions”.
