Format of the agreement with investors in tourism

The Council of Ministers agreed with decision no. 691, dated 05.10.2016 “On the approval of the format of agreement with investors in tourism” to approve a standard format of the contract that will be used to determine conditions under which the Contracting Authority will give the Investor the right to use property ( immovable property made available under the law ”On tourism”) and the investor commits to use this property to build, develop and operate the project proposed by the Investor and approved by the Contracting Authority.
