Regulation on conditions and criteria for the design and construction of accommodation facilities

The Council of Ministers adopted a regulation (711, dated 12.10.2016 ”On the conditions and criteria for the design and construction of accommodation facilities”), which sets out the conditions and criteria which must be met by any individual/legal person that projects or builds objects of accommodation facilities to provide accommodation according to the law 93/2015 ”On tourism”.

The Regulation contains provisions on construction requirements, sustainability of buildings for accommodation facilities and conditions for customer safety, health, hygiene, sanitation and environmental protection.
