Regulation on requirements and criteria that must be met to operate as a tour operator

The Council of Ministers adopted a regulation (nr.710, dated 12.10.2016, ”For the requirements and criteria required to operate as a tour operator”), which sets out the criteria and requirements that must be met by any individual/legal entity venture that operates through electronic platforms in order to be licensed to operate as a tour operator in Albania.

The Regulation contains provisions on the representation of tour operators by their legal representatives (administrators) and technical directors.
