Regulation on the criteria and procedures required for subjects to get licensed for operating in the field of real estate appraisal

The Council of Ministers adopted a regulation (no. 712, dated 12.10.2016 ”On the criteria and procedures required for subjects to get licensed for operating in the field of real estate appraisal’) which extends its scope in three main directions :

1. a) the organization and functioning of structures that perform and support the licensing process of individuals and societies in the field of real estate appraisal;
2. b) determining the criteria, procedures and legal responsibilities that must be met to obtain a license;

c) the right that individuals and legal entities have to obtain a license in this field, the modifications of licenses and administrative measures in case of acts contrary to the provisions in force during the their exercise.
