Addition to decision no.547, dated 9.8.2006, of Council of Ministers, “On the creation of National Agency of Natural Resources”, as amended

Council of Ministers, by decision no. 206, on 9.8.2006, made some additions to his order no.547, on 9.8.2006.

The change made to this decision consists on an addition made to point 3, which precisely phrases that “Conducts, within its field of activity, the technical opponency on projects regarding the manufacturing capacities of electrical energy, in accordance with the defined fees in annex 1, attached to this decision, excluding the technical opponency on construction works, conducted by the respective authorities in current legal and sub-legal acts.

The Decision attributes its implementation to the Ministry of Energy and Industry.
