On 15.02.2017, ERE approved decision no 22 ”On the initiation of procedures for the approval of the standard contract for the sale of electricity between theĀ electricity production company, whose shares are fully or partially controlled by the state and the universal service supplier for the period 1.1.2017-31.12.2017 ” according to which ERE decides to begin the procedures for the approval of the contract for the sale of electricity between the electricity production company, whose shares are fully or partially controlled by the state / KESH sh.a. and the Universal Service Supplier / OSHEE sh.a., according to the draft approved by the Board of ERE decision no. 144, dated 25.08.2016, for the one-year period from 01.01.2017 – 31.12.2017.
On 15.02.2017, ERE approved decision no.23 ”On the approval of the service agreement of electricity transmission between OST sh.a. and the electricity supplier through which approves the service agreement of electricity transmission between OST sh.a. and the electricity supplier.
Attached to the above decision is given a standard contract of the service of transmission between the Transmission System Operator and the Supplier.
On the same date, ERE approved decision no.24 ”On the approval of the electricity distribution service agreement between OSHEE sh.a. and the supplier of electricity” through which offers approves the electricity distribution service agreement between OSHEE sh.a. and the electricity supplier.
Also, ERE approved decision No.25 “On the initiation of proceedings for the review of some changes in the ERE decision no. 103 dated 23.6.2016 “On the approval of the regulation on the procedures of purchasing electricity to cover losses in the transmission and distribution grids and the purchase and sale of electricity to ensure the fulfillment of public service obligations ” through which decided to approve an amendment to paragraph 2 of the ERE board decision No. 169, dated 31.10.2016, which determines that the regulation on electricity purchase procedures to cover losses in the transmission and distribution grids and for the purchase and sale of electricity to ensure the fulfillment of public service obligations, enters into force by the date 30.04.2017.
On the same date, ERE approved decision no.24 ”On the approval of the electricity distribution service agreement between OSHEE sh.a. and the supplier of electricity” through which offers approves the electricity distribution service agreement between OSHEE sh.a. and the electricity supplier.
Also, ERE approved decision No.25 “On the initiation of proceedings for the review of some changes in the ERE decision no. 103 dated 23.6.2016 “On the approval of the regulation on the procedures of purchasing electricity to cover losses in the transmission and distribution grids and the purchase and sale of electricity to ensure the fulfillment of public service obligations” through which decided to approve an amendment to paragraph 2 of the ERE board decision No. 169, dated 31.10.2016, which determines that the regulation on electricity purchase procedures to cover losses in the transmission and distribution grids and for the purchase and sale of electricity to ensure the fulfillment of public service obligations, enters into force by the date 30.04.2017.
ERE adopted as well approved decisions no.26 ” On the initiation of procedures for the review and approval of the contract for the provision of services of the compliance officer ” and decision no.27 ” On the initiation of procedures for the review and approval of the regulatory compliance program” through which respectively begins procedures for the review and approval of the Contract for Provision of Services of the Compliance Officer and starts procedures for the review and approval of the “Regulatory Compliance Program” (RCP).
With the decision dated 20/02/2017, no. 31 ”On the initiation of procedures for determining the tariff of the electricity generation company whose shares are fully or partially owned by the state and entrusted with the public service obligation KESH sh.a. for the period April 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017 ”, ERE decided to start the procedures for determining the tariff of the electricity production company whose shares are fully or partially owned by the state and entrusted with the public service obligation for the period 1 April 2017 – December 31, 2017, delegating to the Department of Tariffs and Prices, the competence to inform interested parties on the decision of the ERE board.
Finally, on 20.2.2017 ERE approved decision no.32 ”On the initiation of proceedings to determine the retail price of electricity for final customers served by the Universal Service Provider for the period of April 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017”. With this decision, ERE decides to start procedures to determine the retail price of electricity for final customers served by the Supplier of Universal Service for the period of April 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017, delegating the Department of Tariffs and Prices to notify interested parties on the decision of the ERE board.
