Notice of the entry into force of international agreements

Firstly, with notice no. 19014 dated 20.12.2017, becomes public that it entered into force on 26.10.2017, the agreement signed on 2.5.2017 between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on financial cooperation for the project “Program for the renewal of dormitories at the University of Tirana Campus, according to the energy efficiency principle, phase II “. Secondly, with the above notification, becomes public that it entered into force on 11.12.2017, the agreement signed in New York on 16.6.2017 between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Peru on the abolition of visas for diplomatic, special or service passports holders.
